Park, sleep fly near JFK?

Once in awhile we fly out of New York if we have a savings of over $300.00. Usually they are nonstop flights so they are worth the drive. Occasionally we need to stay overnight due to the times we depart or land.

Does anyone know of any other hotels besides Holiday Inn?

Last time I did it, I stayed at the Ramada at the airport, thought it was reasonable at the time.

okay, i booked a Fairfield Inn....I checked tripadvisor after I booked the Ramada and it is 1.5 stars, so I went with the Fairfield Inn with the number one rating. they only had 9 rooms for April left.

I take tripadvisor with a grain of salt and a triple shot. I found Ramada JFK to be perfectly satisfactory, it is not a resort!

The Sheraton JFK is really nice. New build and great staff.
