Merry Christmas from AA

Wow, got to airport way early for my transcon today because of local logistics and a late arriving aircraft and when I checked in 5hrs early they upgraded the three of us to First. I am AA Gold but they normally charge for upgrades, I think there was an aircraft type change that was part of the delay and it has fewer coach seats.

... not enough time for all the timeshares ®
