I saw the interview with Mr O'Leary on the BBC this morning. I believe that was said 'tongue-in-cheek', but it is very difficult to know when he's serious and when he's taking the proverbial.
The concept of doing away completely with check-in desks, which is the intention of RyanAir, is an interesting one. How would people touring the country by car, for example, check in? In the more rural parts of the UK access to the internet could be very limited indeed.Comment
