While there may be some LCC's flying those routes, given the distance, I would concur and take the train. The train stations are all central, and getting to and from the airports is sometimes a pain, even though there are regular trains out to the airports.

I imagine the train would also be quite scenic and interesting...take the train!

Drive!!. Signs are great in Europe and with a GPS, it's a piece of cake. Also you have a better choice of accomodations and restaurants and see things close up on the way. I do it all the time. No problem. For instance you can take in Antwerp(and other cities) on the way. Great city

A few years ago we did the trip in reverse (Amsterdam-Brussels-Paris) by train. It was fast and convenient. I arrranged our schedule so that we would stop in Brussels for a couple of hours. This allowed us to have lunch in the "Grand Place" in the centre of Brussels, which has beautiful architecture. We were stilll in Paris by late afternoon. Kind of interesting to have breakfast, lunch and dinner in three different countries.
