They are closing or have closed many of the state parks in California due to the budget crisis.

Starting July 1, Florida raised the rates. I wonder if the new prices will cause people not to use them. It is now $8 a day for a car. previously it was $5.

ps. I go to Honeymoon Island State Park all the time and the new rates doesn't seem to make a difference there.

I don't think $3.00 is going to make any difference. People may complain but still go.
