I am a relatively new time share owner. I picked up the unit for 200. The place was a location I visited in the past and liked. However, I have decided that I no longer want the place and am interested in selling. Since I have no real money invested I would like to get rid of it, not really caring for the money to be made. I have quickly looked on the forum about this prospect and became disheartened. Can anyone give me an idea of what my options are? Is it difficult to attempt to sell myself? Thank you to anyone interested in providing insight.
