Speaking of TAI, the day after I posted on the other TAI shill thread, guess who I got a call from?

I told him I had a really bad connection so I needed to call him back. He gave me his name, TAI as his company, his extension and the phone number, which I confirmed to be TAI.

10 minutes later the Federal and State No Call agencies had the same information.

I had recieved a flyer from xxxx, and called them. They got me out of my coral sands timeshare. Ive never heard of xxxand am not sure of the services they offer, in fact, i dont know to much about the timeshare industry and am hoping to learn here...So hi everyone! My name is Trish! At the time i just knew not to go with a listing company becuase they dont work...as far as my knowledge goes with xxx, they contacted me or I should say thier Title Outlet did about 3 times after I met with xxxx and the final time was them telling me the transfer was complete. Since then I have not recieved a maintenance fee, let alone anything else, so yes i can say it did work for me.

I understand the caution that the people on this forum have becuase of internet blogging salespeople. But to attack any and everyone who comes on a free site to inquire information, or simply to post a comment becuase God forbid they can relate to a similar situation is absolutely ridiculous. I wonder how many people Im speaking for while typing this. So many people probably have been too intimidated to post a reply, make a correction, or simply give thier bit of two cents because of the mob mentality.

To the mob: unfortunately for you, there are thousands of people out there young, old, good english, lazy english, good typers, bad typers....that will come on this site for information exchange, and just as our legal system enacts "innocent until proven guilty", I dont think ANY of you have any right to belittle or bully anyone becuase of thier inquiry. Tis all.

I read all these posts and I did not see any mob mentality or attacking or belittling. I saw some questions being asked and some caution exercised because of the similarity of 2 new posters posting at the same time, touting 2 companies that they claim have helped them, which has become a pattern here for shills working for certain companies.

You must be hypersensitive and put up strong defenses when a few questions were asked of you. Calm down, take a deep breath and continue to read ts4ms and you will see that we are not what you perceived.

If you were helped by Travel Exckusives, good for you that you were not scammed as some posters have been.

I will be watching for your future helpful posts.

As someone who has posted on this site for all of a week I will say that the people here are incredibly helpful, and I really appreciate the fact that they've taken the time to answer my questions, so I would disagree with a blanket statement that they attack newbies.

However, as many have pointed out, on this site, and many many others when someone (or multiple people) new joins and immediately starts touting a certain business or product people will/should be a bit skeptical.

i understand that...I am not advertising or promoting for xxxx in the least bit. The DID charge me 3,495 to "transfer" my timeshare....and from the meeting I went to EVERYONE was charged either the same as me or even a higher amount because other people had more timeshares they were tranfering, i only had 1.

You paid $3,495 to "transfer" your timeshare?? Why do you say "transfer", with quotes? Is it sold, or not? How long did it take? Thanks.

I said "transfer" in qoutes because thats what they kept telling me they would do, or should i say that is the service they said they would provide. Even after contracting with them, I recieved my maintenance fee statement from the resort in which they (xxx) were supposed to pay, they didnt so I started recieving late notices. When I would call them and/or their sorry a** xxx, I began getting the notion that they really WERE a listing company becuase, they would slip up and say, "Ya, its been listed a third time". As of now? I believe they did turn around and resell it, becuase in the end, they did send me transfer docs telling me a new person was the owner of my property. It took give or take 6mos. My learnt lesson was I spent 4,000 for someone to do something that I could have for a fraction of the amount.

What you paid is $3500 for an ebay ad that ran three times.. Not something you'll find that is recommended by many people, as you could have done the same thing yourself for approx $200. - donated $1,000 to this site- and still kept a nice chunk of money in your own pocket...

Perhaps in time you'll begin to understand why posts suggesting that others make the same mistake are not embraced with open arms by many on this forum.

Regardless, this thread has now gotten very far from the original subject.

Or maybe, just maybe, you actually work for "xxxx." and this whole thread is one long attempt to convince desperate timeshare owners to use them to cancel "the timeshare they said this will cover everything and it will be as if i never purchased it.it will not go on my credit or it will not be a foreclosure.." Maybe you're just pretending to be a buyer to look more legitimate.

I don't know which one you are.

Then Trishloves comes along, and "speaks" very much like you. Both of you use ellipses (...) a lot, don't capitalize words that should be, don't hit the space bar much, misspell words often...so now I think you're one and the same person. The same person, with the same agenda: getting customers steered towards xxxxxx.

But, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. I'll consider you to be an honestly legitimate new owner of a timeshare in Las Vegas. Apparently, as others have said, it's too late to cancel the purchase and you should either use it yourself, or learn how to exchange it, or try selling it yourself.

But, do not, under any circumstance, give hundreds of dollars to a stranger to "cancel" it for you. That's just throwing your money away.

And Trishlove? Why not just tell us the name of your timeshare, how much you paid to get rid of it and how long it took? If you don't, it just makes it look like you work for the company.
hahaha.....no im just not as educated as u are.......and the lots of periods is just a new texting style between my peers..... i think lots of people do it now a days.........i got this habit from my friends texting........
