    timesharespace

Please be aware that there is a company that is named timesharespace that is calling from a 407-293-2626 number from Florida. I spoke to Tim and he went into his spiel. He gave me his number to call back 866-834-4820 x17 so that I can call him back to pay the $895 setup fee that pays for verifying that my property is not in foreclosure and I have title rights.

Just to let you know how the scam went. He said that since I have and exclusive property "planet hollywood", I should have interval international. He said that I have special get away weeks that I could get at a great price and that he could buy 4 weeks for $1098 per week. He said that big corporations buy in bulk for business trips, etc and they go to some convention to auction their portfolio of rooms out to ATT, COKE, etc.

Point is, its a scam no matter how you look at it. Don't do it, I didn't, but I got his information so that anyone that feels they are being duped, ARE!!!! Don't believe these people....there are other threads in this forum that actually has people that were scammed. Don't believe these people.

Oh my gosh, timeshareowner you got a call from timesharespace as well?? My blood is still boiling after talking to a rude and demanding lady. I've attached the forum link of my little phone run in with that timesharespace company.

Legally they need to cancel our contract and hopefully with the letter from our lawyer and documents/ certified mail receipts indicating our letter was sent within the rescission period will bring the beast down! They think we will give up, guess again! Thanks for your help!!!
Actually, doing the timeshare presentation trips is a good way to get a weekend trip for almost nothing. You just have to know how to say NO during the presentation. The easiest way to really get them to hush is to simply say you already have a lot of debt and cannot take on any more.

I think you missed it by a day. Normally, you don't count legal holidays only if the 5th day was that legal holiday. IMO, your last day to send the letter was June 2, 2010, which was not a weekend or legal holiday.

My husband and I went to Las Vegas and eventually after being there from 2:20-8:00 purchased a timeshare. Aren't they legally only to have us sit through a 90 min presentation??? Yeah..went home and discovered online that this property may potentially go into foreclosure! I had my misgivings before and I called my husband and said we NEED to get our of this contract. Looking through documents, the Contract for sale states in bold caps that we have 5 days to cancel, not including legal holidays and the day the contract was executed! We had just enough time!! That night I frantically read blogs/suggestions on the format of the letter etc. THANKS!!! The contract was signed May 28th and we sent our letter by certifed mail June 3rd to the exact address per instructed, the developer. Memorial day, May 28th was not included in the calculation since that is a legal holiday. SO.. yesterday I got a letter from our friends at Westgate indicating that they received our intent to cancel and that we are not within our rescission period. This letter was not singed, not dated and it seemed very broilerplate and didn't give any real specifics ... I am beyond upset and think this is a scare tactic. That same day we got all our tickets to sent payment in, Due June 28th! Could you offer any advice. Thanks again!!
sorry to hear our problem. should you have any problems and in need of attorney in las vegas, I can think of sharing this

Gone are the rounded-corner balconies on the lower floors. The too-cool thin balconies in the red fins have been reduced from six floors to only four. The color has shifted to a darker blue. And the overall design is less streamline, less dramatic.
