  • Mass AG injunction against Timeshare Advocates for fraud

......DENNISPORT — The state attorney general has secured a preliminary injunction against several people and groups who allegedly defrauded and gave unlicensed legal advice to time share owners at the Edgewater Beach Resort.

State Attorney General Martha Coakley's office said several groups and individuals represented themselves as "time share consultants," to defraud time share owners of $250,000.

On July 15, Suffolk Superior Court Judge Linda Giles granted a preliminary injunction against Timeshare Advocates, My Timeshare Advisor, All Resorts Marketing LLC, Jeffrey Riebman, Charles and Valerie Whiteman, Catherine Stevens, and Carol Riley, according to the attorney general's press release. The court order expands a December 2009 injunction against Timeshare Advocates and Riebman.

Depends on whether or not those companies have been making campaign contributions. If the scammers had been savvy enough to contribute to the AGs campaign, I'm sure they wouldn't find themselves featured in these press releases.
“Maybe you shouldn't dress like that.”

“This is a blouse and skirt. I don't know what you're talking about.”

      “You shouldn't wear that body.”

That explains why neither the NH nor MA AG have gone after InnSeason Resorts.
