Nice to see someone is paying attention to these scammers. Hopefully the AG will make some headway. Most likely, though, even if a company is forced to pay a fine or close, they will just open up under a different name.
BTW - Is there a reason so many of these companies are located in FL?

Simple.. Florida has a large population of timeshare weasels- and with the slowdown in developer sales, many weasels have been released to the wild to breed and cause damage!
