Make sure you check your timeshare contract to ensure that it complies with state codes,be aware of your consumer rights! I found out the hard way.I had a timeshare for 6yrs before realizing that the contract was null and void. I stayed up long hours of the night doing my own research.It worked out but after a long time of eduring alot of stress.My truth in lending had errors that company was aware of,contract terms were decieving, harsh collection tactics,spent over a year trying to get company to comply with my requests to send copies of contract, ridiculous fees that were not dislosed at the time of purchase and had a judgement that was dismissed based on company errors.I paid over $8000 before I realized that contract was not valid.
