One site says they are operating out of California- the other says Oregon..
They are currently targeting Mexican owner lists using the fake tax scheme instead of the outright upfront fee.
Be very careful if you are approached by this group with an "offer" for your property. Insist on using a closing agent of your choosing and they will disappear like Harry Potter under the Invisibiity Cloak.. At least that will be better than seeing your money disappear..my travel website: Vacation-Times.org.

They are different companies
The satelite companies are feeding off Universal Timeshare Sales Associates. That company has been around for a decade and helped me get rid of my POS timeshare. They do it by reselling it to morons like me on vacation. The scam companies are using their name to try to rip people off.Comment
