This one should be funny, as it is one of the most poorly crafted documents I've seen- however, evidently it worked.. I redacted the timeshare owners name, but otherwise the document has not been edited. The name which still shows is the name or alias of one of the individuals involved in the scam.
There are a few notable warning flags that timeshare owners should always consider when reviewing a purchase and sale agreement. I'm sure some other forum readers will also point out a few things!
Poor overall grammar..
The document does not contain any company information..
The document does not contain any buyer information..
Inflated price..
