Atrium St Maarten Special Assessment

Hi!
I own a week at the Atrium which got bought last year by Festiva Resorts. Is anyone else concerned/suspicious about the 10% increase in maintenance and the special assessment?
Does anyone know how to find other Atrium owners and organize some resistance?
