Buying Starwood Timeshare

I never though buying a developer timeshare can be a nightmare. I started the process in Sept 23 and as of now, I still DO not have the a contract. I am trying to retro my resale into the network. Salesman promised everything but nothing is on paper. Escalated to Sale manager, I still don't get the contract correct. They send me 3 contracts and none of them include the retro document for my resale unit. I am thinking of giving this up and wait unit we are in Orlando and do it from there. We will be in Orlando in Nov 24. Maybe doing it in person is a lot of easier.

I agree, dealing with them directly is bast. Take your resale paprework with, so as to avoid any confusion with the paperwork. There is a decent thread on tug explaining the process.
