This company is based in Gibraltar and it goes like this. They advertise in the media regarding resale of timeshare.They take a fee upfront with a guarantee of selling within 14 days.After 14 days they offer you membership to a hoilday club in exchange for your timeshare with a small yearly fee and your upfront fee goes towards a joining fee.You send them your membership certificate which they never transfer leaving you with the yearly maintenance fee outstanding to you.BEWARE BEWARE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF

Yes, they have taken lots of peoples timeshares and 3-4 thousand dollars each to boot. Do a search for them here and you will find more comments about this scum of the timeshare world. They have even tried posing here as timeshare owners to promote this rip-off company.
