so many scams

I tried to sell my timeshare a couple years ago and paid upfront. Guess what? Still have the timeshare and the resale company is out of biz or changed their name. I also tried to donate it but all the websites that say they can do it push me elsewhere to sell it. They claim the location is in their donating program. I want to give my Atlantic City timehsare away for the $400 transfer fee if I can. I am divorced and have not used it in years. WHere can I go what can I do?

I hate to bump this thread but first thing is I am locking it, Next is this company is Shill posting all over and now they are using the PM system to gain peoples Trust. If anyone receives a PM asking about this company please forward it to me. I am about to just ban a whole area of IPs just to get rid of these Shills once and for all.
