There is a copy of a waiver in this web page here.
"Krystal 5 day Waiver - Krystal actually send this document to Visa in support of their case."
This lady disputed it with her CC company and this resort was dumb enough to send a copy of the waiver, that she had signed, to her CC company which is against Mexican law. Some other resorts make you sign a similar waiver too and you won't find a copy of it in your package of documents either. Profeco is well aware of this and will help you if you signed this waiver too but dealing with your credit card company may be faster. Here is more proof that it is against the law in Mexico so you can send this too to your CC company plus any posts you can find in the forums where other people posted that they were scammed like you.
Read this web site and the links I have given you earlier as it has a wealth of information there but you still need to have your contract rescinded by the resort so that you no longer own the timeshare and have to pay maintenance fees year after year.
I would write them again and ask them to rescind your contract and let them know that you are sending copies to Profeco and your CC company too. I hope this helps.
