Their rating was important to them and you got your money back which is important to you. All ended well. It must be a very nice resort to spend a vacation but think twice before you buy. There are specials available most of the time in Mexico and anywhere now.

I know there have been a lot of threads advising to stay away from these kinds of services; mostly because of the unknowns. It is hard to figure our who is there to help and who is there to take your money.

But I can say they helped me and I am glad I used their services.

        Good Luck!

          SHILL, Only Your Experience Counts?

I was helped by this organization. I am very intentional. I am not commenting extemporaneously. Each time I return to this forum, I look for people who are requesting help. Do you have a corner on that market? I only hope this isn’t a Forum of purely existential commentary. I want to help and I speak from experience.

Shooting the messenger doesn’t change the facts!

I will continue to recommend this organization because they are legitimate and do more than bloviate. They provide real solutions. Honestly, your response seems quite hubristic to me.

Say what you want. I have actual experience.

Do you own any timeshares or ever owned any timeshares as part of your "actual experience"?

                Yes

                Yes,

I purchased a Time Share in Mexico. I then proceeded to cancel while in Mexico. I was informed I couldn't. This went back and forth for some time with no resolution. I wrote letters, made phone calls and ended up very frustrated. I felt I had exhausted my options.

                  Real Resorts Cancun

We bought a timeshare for 10 weeks for over 2, 000 but we can't get a reservation or get a hold of anyone. If anyone else is having issues with them put it on I want my money back from Real Club Cancun Mexico scam - Grand Caribe Real Cancun consumer complaint They get sent an e-mail every time someone logs on to that complaint. Also file with PROFECO they might be able to help. I am trying to do everything I can to get my money back due to the lies they told us. I haven't been able to even use the service we bought. From everything I have read on the interenet I can't find anyone who has had a good experience from buying one of these timeshares in Mexico.
