    dear freinds, we bought on 1998 Dikhololo timeshare unit, with our good money, 2 years ago my ex-wife didnt pay the maintenence cost for that year, and those "smart" managment let us know that we lost our unit because of that, so we did not pay 200$ , and we lost 7000$ !!!!!!!!!.
    so becarefull , if your money is important to you, as they are not exactly honest people!!!!!!
    by the way, if some one know how it is posible to make them to give us the unit back, i will be glad, and also pay for this info if it will help

    The easiest way to not loose your timeshare is to be certain the fee's are paid. You've learned the same lesson I did about ex's. In my case, my ex took the house but, she neglected to make any payments. Since I wasn't watching my credit I didn't notice until the bank sent me a foreclosure statement with 6 months past due on the house. When I checked, turns out she wasn't paying ANY of the debts assigned her in the divorce.

    By not keeping an eye on debts that had my name attached, I lost everything including my credit worthiness.

    Not to be harsh but, it's a hard lesson to learn with no one to blame but yourself. It's your obligation, even in a divorce, to be certain your bills are paid.

    You may attempt to contact management and see if they'll give you your unit back if you pay all back fee's that are due, plus fee's plus interest but, they're not under any obligation to give you your unit back. If I were you, I'd be checking on any other bills the ex was assigned to pay in the divorce. This may be just the tip of the iceberg.

      If you want Dik, just find another cheap unit. There are plenty out there.
