My husband and I are trying to sell a 1 Master Suite, 2 Bath and queen wall bed timeshare at Kauai Beach Club, Kauai and keep getting calls from "brokers" to sell our property. Has anyone heard of PREMIER FOR SALE BY OWNER Company out of West Palm Beach, Florida? The "red flag" for me was that they wanted money up front ($1388.54) for potential closing costs and they said they already had a buyer, BUT we wouldn't get this money back for 120 days and didn't mention what actual money we would get for the sale. Just curious if anyone else has gotten this type of call.

There are quite a few "pay upfront" companies around, you are smart to stay away.
Research realistic selling prices for your week, and list it yourself here, and/or on Redweek. A reputable broker should take the listing on a commission basis, to be paid out of proceeds at closing, NOT upfront.

Run away....far away....it is a scam.
I still get calls like this by getting on some list somehow and then I usually get about six different calls from different companies....normally I ask them to take me off their list....then it will last for several months and round and round we go again.
Do not pay an upfront fee to sell your timeshare. Reasonable ad fees like on redweek are fine...but the costs should be low.

no upfront fees
yes you should run away from those people.! they are a scam.! I used to own a time share at the Mayan palace, I'm just too old to travel, and I tried several companies, and there is one in Boston that did a good job, they don't charge any upfront fees, you should call them or check their website.
I hope this will help
