I became a member of Porto Azzurro Resort Club in 2006 on a "weeks" basis. When I returned the following year everything was satisfactory but while I was there I was persuaded to pay extra to transfer to RCI points. Everything seemed fine until the next year when I realised that I wouldn't be able to take a holiday. I contacted RCI to bank that years points only to find that according to them I was still a "weeks" member. Many phone calls resulted in promises to sort it out and ring us back, but noboby did. Letters to the resort club manager remain unanswered as do letters to the sales manager and the head office.
