I have a timeshare for rent on redweek and I just got 3 email from :
Sellmy timeshare now .com, and then a call from an Agi. stating they sell and rent timeshare but they have someone that want to rent the week I have listed and they do not have that week so would I let them rent it for me no commissiom, I dont have to but the cliant name on the week ontill check clears or I can use paypal,
Question. anyone here ever use them ? or any experpience with them,

No experience, but I have heard of some scams that it sounds like. You are right to be very careful.

You are stating that there isn't any upfront cost or advertising fee being charged to you.. If they are paying you even before you add the tenant's name- I don't see how you have any risk of being cheated! Simply wait for the funds to clear before adding the guest name.

Perhaps you should ask yourself how this transaction would differ than if you rented to an individual who saw your ad? Would you feel more comfortable with a person you didn't know than a company... As long as the check isn't cut from a foreign bank it should clear in a timely manner!

Don't be fooled, however.. They will make an overage, or commission, on the deal.. Why would a company bother, otherwise!

Even so, what do you care if you receive the payment you want... Just make sure you receive a signed contract which covers you from liability or damages caused to, or by, the tenant.. If what you've stated is true- this rental sounds like it has less risk to you that you could have reasonably expected when you placed the ad! It should be a no brainer.
