Tax assessed value only!

This is the Tax Assessed Value only. This is not the Market Value. We can search on the internet the Waukesha County - Register of Deeds/Treasurer - County Data Warehouse for Tax Bills on anyone in Waukesha County. We just need the address. The Tax Bill also list the Equalized Value which is more in line with the Market Value. It also shows if the person is current with their Tax Payments.

I find this information being on line to be interesting but strange in light of the new Privacy Practices that Big Brother is forcing on the Medical and Dental Professions.

I find that this information online about your house Taxes and your Payments as being just as personal information as any information about how many crowns a patient may have in their mouths. And we (Medical and Dental Professions) don't put this information on line for the whole world to see.

Zillow value was the assessed value on our Tax Bill

In my scenario it was Market Value.

In our case the Zillow Value was the Assessed Value on our Tax Bill. I think this is where they get the information about the Value and number of rooms, square footage of the house... from the Tax bills.

My little shack ( not paid for) didn't give me a price but we all know what are houses are worth, dont we ?
Twas cool seeing the satellite view of the neighborhood though.
