Wyndham

I have points with Wyndham that I'd like to rent out this year as we won't be able to use them. I just want to get back the maintenance fees.

How should I go about this?

As I've posted several times, we seldom get back the MF. Most of my CL responses any more are scams or asking for a week not listed.

We typically get $300 for 2-bed Branson Gold Crown. Yeah, people are paying more for a motel room, but there is a stigma about timeshares, and a glut of condos.

Renting Wyndham points is now next to impossible

You can however make the best summer beach week reservation that your points will allow and rent it.
You may be able to make a small profit, or you may lose as advertising, Paypal discounts, guest certificate fees, etc could wipe out any profit you may have made.

For whatever reason my CL responses have gotten even worse this year. They are all the same scam, with no sincere replies at all.

"Coming for our honeymoon . . . husband's employer will pay you . . . please send all the personal you can about yourself and bank account."

We'll be lucky not to have to eat 6 MFs this year.
