This is a huge weakness of miini-systems and one that makes them less attractive to many timesharers.
    I mostly agree with you.

When I choose to go outside the Bluegreen system, I can also choose my trading power chances: spend a lot of points for a better trader, or use few points to deposit a week to grab something easy to get.

I wouldn't call it a huge weakness, but I do agree others could see it that way. I like having the system options and flexibility, and I can still exchange if I want.

Bless you, Steve. Sometimes the results are absolutely hilarious when you let your biases blind your ability to think rationally.

Most (but certainly not all) of the mini-systems have huge clout with RCI and II. The members in those systems have no problem using the exchange company to get anywhere in the world they want to go to. Most mini-system owners get all of the advantages of enhanced trading within their group, as well as identical (and sometimes better) access to worldwide inventory as owners outside the mini-systems.

They also have the same access to independent exchange companies as do owners outside of the mini-systems.

      *****

To insinuate that owners in mini-systems are more geographically limited in their travel selections than are owners outside of mini-systrems is just laughable!!
“Maybe you shouldn't dress like that.”

“This is a blouse and skirt. I don't know what you're talking about.”

      “You shouldn't wear that body.”
