    I'm very happy with the 2011 MF info that I can share. We currently own three timeshares, after deeding back Wyndham Flagstaff to the POA. I have not yet received my MF info for Wyndham Myrtle Beach (Westwinds 77k UDI) but have the following to share on our other two:

              That was speaking for our RCI-eunoched 2-bedroom Gold Crowns. About 5% increase.

              I paid all our Slimey Slough studios last year when I deposited them, so don't know how much difference there is yet. The rumblings have been that they need money since units being rented out by full owners have not ante-ed up enough to pay their fees.

                  3 Bedroom L/O Total $900.00

                  $130 of that is Property Taxes.

                  Reason given for increase was MF non payment.

                              Not sure of all the particulars room etc, purchased by 2 co-owners so I imagine it's a 2 bedroom
                              Just got Jan 1, 2011 maintenance fees of $747. US funds
                              That's all I know.
