I had sent an email after seeing something a while back on tug about Marriott resale division. This is the reply I got.
"We do have a resale division but they are available for purchase at the same standards and pricing as our developer resorts. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. There is a significant difference between developer and resale properties"
I thought that was one interesting statement...!
