OBX timeshare resales still happening

Prices may be down somewhat, but a review of timeshare resales in Kill Devil Hills and Nags Head reveals, people are still buying, and mostly not through the PCC's. OBBC I and II in KDH are medium sized resorts, but the others in these towns are small resorts. I checked sales for December and January, not generally the best time to sell a timeshare.
