    Once again it's time to start a new thread to collect the Maintenance Fee information for 2012

    Please use this thread to provide Maintenance Fees for your resort. Please include, if possible:

    * unit size
    * any special assessments
    * the real estate taxes, if included
    * what month due

    If the resort is not in the database, please let me know what company it trades with, so I can enter the information correctly and assign it the identifier for the exchange company.

    The more information we have in the database the better.

    If there was/is a special assessment or an upcoming assessment, please add the yearly/monthly amount and if it will be collected over a period of time.

    It would be great if someone had some historical data of MFs somewhere for your resort. If you have them...just post them, along with the year.

    What are some of the benefits of gathering this info?

    Special assessments paid

    The information we receive is dependent on our members...this will be the 5th year we are collecting this data and we would like to build an extensive history in our database.
    The maintenance fees are placed in their own area within the resort database. Once you get to this area you can search by either RCI or II ID's, resort name or location. You can also search by country, such as Italy or USA, by state, and city. For example, if you're looking for all resorts in Orlando, just enter "Orlando" in the "Search Database" area.

    MF's $686 not due till January 2 (break down of taxes not provided), but paid Sept 1 to save $20 paying by Oct 3. That and DAE would not accept my deposit until this was paid.

                In August the Club dues is due $129 annyally - has not gone
                Have the option to go to 45 different resorts around the US including Aruba and Hawaii.
