Hello fellow owners!
We really need your advices.

Has anyone of all you owners any experience in buying and selling timeshare weeks with Silverpoint and Resale departement on Hollywood mirage at Teneriffa.
Do any of you had offers to buy a cheap week with the intent to sell it two years later with a profit. If so has it worked?

Don't expect to resell any timeshare for a profit. For most resorts, if you are lucky you will be able to sell for $1 with buyer covering transfer fees when you are done.
