Is it true that if you already own bluegreen points in trust fund E and you purchase another points package in the same trust fund that you would only pay one $320 fee plus the points in both accounts?

Yes, as long as it is transferred properly and prior to billing date. But, you will likely encounter strange things if you own and a-type or you buy one.
