I don't know if the data base for MF's will be continued but I thought since the first of our 2014 MF bills arrived, I'd start the 2014 MF thread. If this is a duplicate thread please accept my apologies. I did not see one in the timeshare economics forums and I fear I'm to lazy to spend a lot of time searching.

Ouch. It looks like mine are going up around 4% after a year with no increase. Acadia Village resort (2br.) should be around $ 500 including taxes.

Desert Breezes 1 bedroom $673 MF plus CA property tax$28.54. No MF increase 4th year running. Property taxes decreased back in 2010 and again in 2011.

Total: $1,221.80 (not including club dues, ARDA)
2013 MFs were $1,197.11 -- a 2.06% increase.
Club fees jumped from $125 to $136, an 8.8% increase. HGVC members only pay a single club fee no matter how many weeks they own.

Buganvilias Sky Suites - PV
Buganvilias Sky Suites Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
2 bedroom/3 bath Imperial Sky Suite on 15th floor for Thanksgiving week - $823.60, BUT, if I paid by October 31, it was the same as last year's MF - $789.13. They seem to do that most every year now and we pay early. So, it was $34.47 more this year - about 4%.
Taxes of $113.60 were included in the MF amount.Phyllis
