You can find 18 units at Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara on the San Diego County Property Tax Auction list. The auction is on March 20th. There is also a unit at Tamarack.

Interesting. I imagine the MFs are pretty high at FSA, leading to defaults.

Fees are super high there. Owners of fixed summer weeks can usually rent to cover but off season weeks are float I believe and just don't pay.

It's a gorgeous place but I'd never own there.

I've never been. And when I think about going to the area, I want to be at the beach, not inland!
