If no deedback program, does your resort assist owners with other exit options?

For instance, does your resort have a newsletter, or information board, or flyer pass-out to visitors with information about owners wanting to get rid of their weeks?

Does your resort handle owner resales, in-house?

Is your resort affiliated with a local realtor to handle owner resales?

I have seen all of the above, and, of course, none of the above.
