At what point do MFs become untenable?

All four Hawaii weeks have high maintenance fees. But I rent 'em out and exchange back in. This was quite by accident. I believed the Embassy and PAHIO salesmen when they told us it was hard to get to Hawaii. I insisted we buy our first two for guaranteed ability, but we haven't had to use them the last three years.

Do you own at Embassy in Kauai? And you rent it easily? I haven't been brave enough to rent my Poipu Embassy week.

Yes ...all a bit too much. Can rent a Marriott week here anytime for half of my MFs.(and Westin and 4 Seasons)

We own at PAHIO but did take the Embassy presentation on Kauai, when it was Embassy. We also took the Maui Sunterra presentation, only to learn about their system, but we really didn't figure it out with a salesman telling us.
