Ebay Seller "Happy Owner"

There is a new ebay seller called "Happy Owner" who is selling alot of a TS which I'm an owner Monarch Grand Vacations. MGV is a pure point TS company, lot like WM. MGV is a deed backed membership, but there is no deed involved in the transfer of memberships. You just send a letter and a $100 transfer fee to MGV and the membership is transfered.

You may have guessed, since I've complained about it before, Happy Owner is charging $350 to do the closing on these memberships which I think is a absolute rip off.


Happy Owner is having Timeshare Angels do their closing, which is odd since TS angels only sells WM and therefore they don't do closing. Does anyone know if they are the same people?

Bill, I've been following their sales, and the prices have really gone up as they are selling a number of the bigger point memberhips for over $20/pt. Well above that $10-$15 range. Any thoughts on that part?
