Low Maint Fee - Strong II Trader? Chemteach? Others?

Edye/Chemteach, it was posted in another thread that you have a "tiger trader" w/maint "fees in the $450 range." What size unit is this?

Does anyone have suggestions for a strong II trader w/low maint fees in the southeast U.S.?

(We're most interested in a 2BR or larger, lock-off preferred, but we're looking at all options.)

I recently have purchased several Fairway of the Mountains FWM weeks - they are on the same property as Foxrun Resort FXR in Lake Lure, NC. They are 2BR sleep 8 units locking off into TWO 1BR sleep 4 private....with a MF of $490....when you deposit with II you get an AC for both halves.....

They trade with RCI and II - but it is MUCH stronger in II.
They trade as well as FXR

I just "pm"ed you. I do have a tiger RCI trader, but I wouldn't call my low maintenance fee units "tiger" II traders. Maybe I misspoke in a different thread?

I just deposited my Tree Tops Gatlinburg 2006 Thanksgiving week quite late and it's pulling some very nice resorts including all of the Disney sightings. I hadn't given it to II very often, but they may start getting it more frequently.

It even generated a surprise AC which is also pulling some nice resorts.

Maintenance fees are $430 and it's dual affiliated with both RCI and II.
