I am trying to sell a timeshare @ Massanutten – Woodstone.
    Week 41 Red
    I have 2 units:
    148K & 148E
Bought for $ 5,000 owe about $3,500 mo payments $92.00. It is what is known as a tri property whatever that is.
This is my 1st time. Is there an Idiots guide to chat rooms? How do I list my timeshare? I just want to get out of the timeshare. I have heard many nightmares about "Timesharesonly” Frankly I have a problem with an organization that wants $500 dollars upfront. I would much prefer finding a way to have my property listed and the advertiser or broker get their money during the closing process. Are there any organizations that work this way?
I have no idea how these things work I would like any help if possible. I am not a speed typist. Feel free to call 240-593-7445.

    tri property

Woodstone Meadows new unit configuration is Casa de Campo
(Country House). These units are two-bedroom units sleeping 8
which can be locked out to two one-bedroom units each sleeping 4.

These units are outside of the "Kettle" and close to the
Woodstone Recreation Center and Golf Course. The units
check-in on Friday or Sunday, depending upon the unit number.

    Annual Maintenance Fee 2007 - - $330.00

Woodstone Tri Properties are located at Casa de Campo
and sold for around $5,000 with usage every three years

Reality is that you owe more than the timeshares are worth, so selling would entail you paying out cash. If you can handle the payments, stick around and learn more about how to better utilize them. If you can't handle the payments then a deed back and debt forgiveness by the resort or bankruptcy are the only realistic alternatives.
