    Wyndham

I have stayed at the Wyndham New Bern resort and it is very clean but one of the oldest in the Fairfield/Wyndham system. Also, recently stayed at Saphire Mountain near Ashville and found it very quiet and relaxing with lots of families there.

We own over 300K at Myrtle Beach and it is very hard to get there during the summer months, but if your flexible and travel outside of Memorial Day thru Labor Day, it is doable getting a place there since they have so many rooms.

We have enjoyed all of our stays at the Wyndham resorts with little or no problems except for the pesky sales staf...LOL

For 182,000 pts, you'll usually get a 2BR in prime season - at some resorts, you'll have a few points leftover. If you only need a 1BR standard unit (not the deluxe), you may be able to get 1.5-2 weeks in prime/high season.

For offseason travel, you'd get several weeks.
Hi! If let say I wanted to acquire something like those 182k points for $100 on ebay - I would just look in the timeshares for sale, for any old Wyndham with a 182k points (and a decent MF) and bid to my hearts content, right? Then - let the trading begin, yes?

Consider the outlay of fees and taxes. You may also get assessed for storm damage.

You may find you can rent from others and not have those concerns.

Availability may be a the situation whether you rent or own.

100,000 points will get you a week depending on resort and time frame of course in 1b/1b deluxe unit
