I have put in the all the maintenance fees to current. I have also entered any special assessments in the same area as I believe that this information is valuable to potential buyers.

Yes, that's it...I just randomly picked one. When you get to the database and put in a name such as "diamond" it will bring up all the resorts with "Diamond" in it. Then just click on a name and it should open up for you and you should see who it trades with, seasons, amenities and contact info.

There are still many, many resorts without maintenance info in the database, so we are continuing to work on getting the info to input.
