(I haven't been able to get any info about the expected special assessment from the Hurricane Dolly damage in 2008. The resort did reopen on March 14, 2009- and as of April 20th- repair crews were reported to have finised with the interval owners units and the only work remaining was replacing sliding glass doors on the whole ownership units.)

ICS and resort personnel have not been returning my calls with questions about a possible future special assessment.).
