Anyone get an e-mail from Holiday Group Auctions about a joint attempt to sell (aka unload) worthless TSs. There might be a gem in here but I wouldn't expect there to be too many.

Some of these look worthwhile...however, I don't see anything about closing costs or transfer fees. Am I missing that somewhere?

Nevermind - when you hit the Bid Now button, it tells you all the details on closing & transfer. Standard Holiday $395 +++ fees.

A few are worth considering... In fact, I bookmarked a few to come back to before it closes. I think in this economy many of these will be going for rock bottom prices.

I see a wyndam in here. Is there a reason why there are so many? I didn't notice any other brand name properties like I did wyndam.
