Non rented timeshares

When I surf the web and see the ridiculous prices folks want for their timeshare rental, there must be alot of people eating those weeks or waiting to the end and giving them away.

Whenever I see these I think some timeshare salesman told them they could easily rent them for those ridiculous prices. They haven't yet realized how badly they were deceived.

Its not just the folks who bought from the developers. We are in a recession and they want triple and quaduple their maintenance fees

Non rented weeks

Cabo Dave here and I have had no problem renting my 2bedroom 2bath unit out in Cabo San Lucas but then again my price of $900.00 per week during the winter season and $800.00 per week during the summer season is way below the average at Villa Del Palmar. Taking a group again from the Health Club down 2-20 thru 3-13 .
