This question is similar to the person inquiring about buying a So. Cal resort but I want a timeshare based on the point system with multiple resorts to trade into without going through RCI or II, such as WorldMark, Wyndham, or VRI.
We have no kids so we can go any week.
Being desirable as a trade seems to still be a good idea.
Being rentable isn't all that important as we use or trade it every year.
I'd like MFs to be below $800 but can go higher.
I REALLY want it for a steal.
Las Vegas would work also.
