She does sell on ebay but to sell a timeshare I think you have to jump thru a few hoops and get square trade verified since this is travel stuff and ebay has issues with selling travel stuff without the extra hassles.

I'll tell her to try it though, it might be worth it.

    Thanks.

        Foreclosure

Go to Redweek.com and post it. Someone may just take over the HOA fees. I saw quite a few timeshares for free there but they were low season timeshares and none of them were too nice.

Depending on the week and the timeshare, I am sure you can at least have someone take it off of her hands. Post it also on Craigslist as it is free. Just say that the buyer must pay for closing cost and MF. There are some title companies listed on e-bay but I know they charge around $400-$500 to transfer.

        Tell your friend good luck!

          Foreclosure

BTW, the resort Liki tiki looks like a nice resort. Since it is in the summer when the kids are out, she should have no problems selling this in my opinion.

Please let us know if she wa able to sell it.

So if someone wanted it would they just pay MF and transfer fees? Just curious

No probably not.... I'm really new to timeshares snd don't know enough to make an educated decision. I bought the BG sampler.... So I'm gonna use it and learn as mucch as I can.

                  Sean,
I don't own any bluegreens but I have stayed at a few. They are nice resorts. I'm sure you'll like it.

We don't know what is going to happen to our economy for the next 5 years. But saving is still a brilliant idea.
