Good deal? Good trading power?

Don't currently own any TS. Looking to get into at a value. I wound't expect we would use the week/resort here on any regular basis. However, do you think it would hold good trading power? Thanks.

I have not owned a new england ski week but did own a 1/4 share in colorado so I was able to deposit most all of the ski weeks for comparison.

The weeks that will give top trade power are weeks 51, 52, 7 and 10-13. All others including Martin luther king in January did not come close to trading power to the holiday weeks or spring break weeks.

It would probably be ok but I wouldn't expect to have top trade power

I agree with the prior poster, except I don't think weeks 10 -13 would trade as well in the Berkshires as in Colorado. The Berks have far less to offer skiers than Colorado, and the end of March can be very iffy condition-wise.

Also double check current maintenance fees before buying anything.
