I showed this resort in my system with slight fee variances for 2009 based on season.. Do the fees above include tax or would that be what makes the difference I'd noted last year?

As of 2010 ALL weeks regardless of season have the same fees.
Prior to this, White and Blue week owners paid considerably less then the Red.
It was not tax related.
