Here are the resorts in Nags Head on the Outer Banks:
The Windjammer - $365
Ocean Villas II - $440
Ocean Villas I - $475
Dunes South - $485
At all resorts, all unit sizes pay the same m/f, which includes reserves and taxes.
Sea Ranch II in Kill Devil Hills is closed, pending litigation between the HOA and developer, so there is no m/f there. I do not have figures on the Duck, Kitty Hawk, or Kill Devil Hills resorts.

Unit A: $7.46
Unit B: $13.42
Unit C: $8.95
Royal Suite: $29.82
Last fees were $404 for the 1 bedroom in 2008

Can you tell me which resort this is? I show 2 different resorts.....one states Carriage Place and the other is just Surrey Vacation Resort. There are separate entries in the database.
