      Just a quick question. Are the fees different depending on whether you are deeded in OVS I vs OVS II? Some previous research of mine indicates that there may be a difference. Which one are the fees listed above for?

        Pardon my questions again, but there have already been posts on 2 bed silver and 2 bed gold that have the same Op fee and the same Reserve fee as your latest 2 bed platinum and the only difference is in the Real Estate taxes. That is confusing to me, since I thought the MF's were based on unit size and not on season? Is it different at Sea World or is the OVS I or OVS II coming into play here?

        Please note that I am not nit picking here, I am considering buying a resale and Maintenance Fees, special assessments, etc. can affect the decision of whether to buy at a specific resort or not.

        • I believe the difference you noted was simply due to property tax.. When the ownerships are assessed on value, the better season designations are considered to have a higher value than lower seasons- resulting in a slightly higher property tax billing.
